1. What these terms cover

These terms apply to your access to and use of sopai.tech (the “site”). They do not govern our enablement programmes, packages for individuals or solution engagements: those are agreed case by case in a written agreement between SOPAI and the client. Nothing on this site constitutes a binding offer, a quotation or professional advice.

2. Who we are

SOPAI is an AI enablement practice based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, and the operator of this site. You can reach us at contact@sopai.tech.

SOPAI is currently operated directly by its founders while the registration of its Vietnamese company is being completed. These terms will be updated with the registered legal name and address as soon as incorporation is finalised.

3. Using the site

You agree to use the site lawfully and fairly. In particular, you will not:

• attempt to disrupt or interfere with the site’s operation or security;
• use the contact form to send unlawful, abusive or unsolicited bulk content;
• scrape or harvest the site’s content or data at scale;
• misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

4. Content and intellectual property

Everything on this site — text, design, illustrations, the SOPAI name and visual identity — belongs to SOPAI or its licensors. You may browse the site, link to it and quote it fairly with attribution; you may not reproduce substantial parts of it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

5. Informational content only

The site describes our approach and offerings in general terms, for information. It is not professional, legal or financial advice, and the results of any AI practice depend on each organisation’s context. We keep our claims factual and conservative, but we do not warrant that the site is exhaustive, error-free or available at all times.

6. Third-party links

The site links to external platforms (Zalo, WhatsApp, Facebook, LinkedIn). We do not control those platforms and do not endorse their content or terms; your use of them is governed by their own conditions.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SOPAI is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

8. Privacy

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. The site uses analytics cookies only with your consent; you can accept or decline them, and change your choice at any time through “Cookie settings” in the footer.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any dispute relating to the site that cannot be resolved amicably falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Ho Chi Minh City — without depriving consumers of mandatory protections granted by the law of their country of residence.
